Subfamily Description
Trainee (TRA) comprises graduates taking part in Nokia's trainee programme (only for the duration of the programme). Trainees rotate through different functions to experience the company from the ground and up.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will:
- Support daily work
- Independently update and maintain Compliance statistics (such as EZ Visit, TPST etc.)
- Conduct research on various compliance and regulatory topics
- Maintain the compliance website and compliance module on Enterprise WeChat
- Collect documents/information and independently responsible for document filing including ( e-filing and paper filing) per
requirement
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes
- Independently and efficiently work on documents/information translation
- Assist in daily general admin and communication with other departments if needed
- Other ad-hoc assignment by Head of Compliance and other managers
You have:
- or are a Bachelor student (2nd, 3rd year student) or Postgraduate student ( 1st, 2nd year student) at a law school;
- Excellent oral and written English is a MUST;
- Skilled in MS office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
- Good interpersonal skills and collaborative mind-set;
- A willingness to learn and work hard;
- Proactive working attitude and good teamwork spirit;
- Good time management and result-oriented;
- Be able to work at least 3 days (4 days better) a week and min 1-3 month internship period.
It would be nice if you also had:
- an intern experience on handling litigations or arbitration cases;
