What you will do:
- You will manage day-to-day coordination with warehouses, carriers, and suppliers : tracking shipments, resolving delivery exceptions, and keeping our logistics flow on schedule
- You will monitor operational KPIs (on-time delivery, return rates, stock accuracy) and flag anomalies before they become issues
- You will map existing processes end-to-end, identify bottlenecks in our supply chain, and co-build the fixes alongside the Ops team
- You will run structured root cause analyses on recurring incidents (late deliveries, fulfillment errors, or partner SLA breaches) and translate findings into actionable improvement plans
- You will support cross-functional projects at the intersection of logistics, customer experience, and tech (from last-mile optimization to returns process redesign)
- You will learn how a global e-commerce supply chain operates at scale, from inbound freight and warehouse management to last-mile delivery and reverse logistics
