About this role
- Support the Engagement & Adoption team by creating high‑quality content that helps advisors and home‑office users understand and navigate the Aladdin Wealth platform.
- Curate and maintain product guides, email templates, landing pages, tutorials, FAQs, and workflow documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Build and update WalkMe in‑app guidance to support scalable digital adoption. - Produce recorded video walkthroughs, how‑to demos, and light training materials to support advisor onboarding and ongoing education.
Assist in delivering small‑group trainings or webinars for Tier 3 clients, focusing on foundational workflows and core platform functionality. - Partner with Product, Engineering, UX, and Client Delivery teams to gather information, validate content accuracy, and stay aligned with platform enhancements.
- Monitor client inquiries and recurring questions to proactively update documentation, tutorials, and in‑app guidance where needed.
- Maintain an organized content library to ensure materials remain up‑to‑date and easily accessible to internal teams and clients.
- Support communication planning by drafting release notes, user updates, and instructional messaging as needed.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in wealth management, marketing, advertising or sales
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex workflows into clear, instructional content.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability; comfortable managing multiple content workflows simultaneously.
- Interest in financial markets, advisor workflows, and the wealth‑management ecosystem; willingness to learn rapidly.
- Basic presentation skills and comfort supporting small‑group client trainings or recorded product walkthroughs.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional partners to gather information, solve problems, and maintain content accuracy.
- Experience with digital‑adoption tools (WalkMe or similar) is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
- Positive attitude, high curiosity, and strong work ethic; excited to contribute to a fast‑paced, client‑focused team.
