We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team. This role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in sales and marketing, offering excellent training and growth opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels and supporting the sales team to drive business growth.

You will be trained on the following:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, staying informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Outreach: Performing email campaigns, cold calling, and other outreach methods to generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Previous experience in a sales or marketing role is a plus but not required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
