The Recruitment Head will lead and mentor a team of 10 recruiters, driving high-quality hiring processes for diverse technical and non-technical roles. This individual will be responsible for developing recruitment strategies, ensuring timely hiring, enhancing the candidate experience, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet our organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of 10 recruiters, setting performance goals and providing ongoing feedback to enhance team effectiveness and engagement.
- Recruitment Strategy Development: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies for both local and international hires across technical and non-technical positions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Quality Talent Acquisition: Ensure quality hires by setting and maintaining high standards in the recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their staffing needs.
- Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Management: Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through active sourcing, partnerships, and leveraging recruitment tools.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilize recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rate, etc.) to assess recruitment effectiveness and drive improvements in the recruitment process.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to strengthen employer branding, showcasing our culture and values to attract top talent.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor to department heads and senior management, providing insights and updates on recruitment progress, challenges, and market trends.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, candidate experience, and retention, ensuring best practices are followed in interview techniques, assessment tools, and candidate evaluation.
- Experience: 8+ years in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within a tech company or software house environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CIR) are a plus.
- Skills: Strong leadership abilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and an in-depth understanding of recruitment metrics and strategies.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local and international hiring practices, especially for technical and non-technical roles.
- Tools: Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools. Experience with recruitment analytics is a plus.
