  • Assisting with residential property transactions (freehold and leasehold)
  • Preparing and drafting legal documents and contracts
  • Conducting property searches (local authority, Land Registry, environmental, etc.)
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
  • Opening and managing client files
  • Handling correspondence via phone, email, and post
  • Supporting exchange of contracts and completion processes
  • Updating case management systems

Requirements

Entry Requirements: Degree (helpful but not always required)

  • Alternatively, an AAL in Sri Lanka
