KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and analyze indirect absenteeism trends.
  • Implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and improve employee retention.
  • Process death donation claims promptly and accurately.
  • Coordinate with families and relevant departments to ensure timely disbursement and resolution.
  • Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through regular events and feedback mechanisms.
  • Maintain records of VOP.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of team member concerns.
  • Liaise with insurance providers to track the status of claims.
  • Communicate updates to employees and assist in resolving issues efficiently.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Following a Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Management
  • Good & clear communication skills ‐ written & verbal
  • Computer literacy MS Office - Excel, word, PowerPoint
  • English and Sinhala language proficiency
