About the role
The Trainee Content Engineer is responsible for creating high‑quality graphical and commercial product content using CAD tools and Cyncly’s Content Authoring platforms. This role supports the end‑to‑end development of digital catalogues used in Interior Design for Space Planning of residential and commercial environments.

Key Position Responsibilities Include: 

  • Design clear and scalable catalogue structures/hierarchies optimized customer specific catalogues tailored to defined requirements for consumption by Interior Designer in POS applications. covering domains such as Kitchens, Living Rooms, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, and Office Spaces. 
  • Author detailed product metadata including attributes, materials, finishes, dimensions, pricing, and feature sets in a standardized, structured format.
  • Integrate 3D models, apply textures, materials, and lighting to enhance realism and map them with corresponding commercial data to ensure models meet performance and visual standards for real-time rendering.
  • Work closely with global teams across Europe, North America region to align on standards, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of authored content within application environments to validate accuracy, functionality, and rendering performance.
  • Identify and resolve content related errors or inconsistencies using analytical and technical problem solving approaches.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Good aptitude, geometry, visual and drawing skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and other productivity tools.
  • Strong understanding of geometry, 3D visualization.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with interior design standards and product specifications.
  • Good to have – 3D modelling skills (Blender, 3ds Max, AutoCAD etc.).

Skills Required
