Audit Graduates Program (AGP) is a 9 months' development pathway for fresh graduates and/or < 2 years of work experiences who has passion to build a career as an Internal Auditor in CIMB Niaga.
Participants will experience development through in-class, e-Learning, on the job training, rotational assignments, exposure to senior leaders, and mentoring.
Managing area TADA (Technology Assurance & Data Analytics) and Business Enablers
Any major discipline (technical skills/knowledge)
Technology & Data Analytics skill will have advantages
(i.e Cyber Security, Basic Phyton,SQL)

Skills Required
- Maximum age 26 years old
- Graduated from a reputable university
- Bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.10
- Fresh graduate or less than 2 years of work experience
- Fluent English spoken and written (B1 Entry Intermediate)
- TADA (Technology Assurance & Data Analytics) track: IT-related background/technical knowledge
- Non-TADA tracks: any major (business banking, consumer banking, other enablers)
- Technology & Data Analytics skills advantageous (e.g., Cyber Security, basic Python, SQL)
