Trading Operations Engineer

About the Role

Zero Hash is looking for an experienced Trading Operations Engineer who is looking to build the infrastructure for Finance 2.0. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing operational processes. You should apply if you enjoy working in a dynamic environment with complex challenges that require innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Optimizing operations by improving automation tools and developing new ones
• Quickly responding to technical issues
• Facilitate operations in crypto and fiat transfers
• Designing and documenting operational procedures
• Coordinating with other teams around releases and upgrades
• Supporting and communicating with clients
• Developing reports, dashboards and alerts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree on relevant subject or equivalent experience
• Working experience in payments, settlements or trading at a FinTech company
• Self-starter who can work accurately in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Working experience in programming
• Working experience with APIs
• Working experience with SQL
• Ambitious with a positive demeanor
• Must be fluent in English
