The Role

Who we are looking for
A Marketing Brand Associate, who will focus on aligning sports with the development of a local strategy and deploying various media channels as new state jurisdictions become priority.
We are growing the US Marketing Team and looking for someone who is passionate about media and sports to join us.
You will have the ability to locally lead implementation of the brand's marketing strategy from start to finish, to raise brand awareness while working with the wider marketing team, with a focus on sports. This encompasses developing a media strategy based on the various US states of interest and connecting with the local media channels and sports stakeholders to bring the plans to life with the assistance of the media and creative agencies.
You will be experienced with sports media planning, buying, property evaluation and other media functions.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company's hybrid working from home policy.
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000 annually.
Preferred skills and experience
Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
Familiarity with traditional media channel practices and local planning.
Experience with evaluating and negotiating a variety of sports property types.
Capacity to manage agency, property and media relationships and communications.
Strong project management, attention to detail, multi-tasking and decision-making skills.
Experience in media planning, buying, agency or partnerships.
Agency or B2C experience is advantageous.
Interest in sports and curiosity about the sports gambling industry.
Main Responsibilities
Developing local marketing strategies while aligning with organizational objectives.
Executing the local planning, buying and stewardship of media.
Evaluating and negotiating sponsorship opportunities with various sports properties such as networks, programs, and teams
Managing campaigns and partnerships from a strategic and creative standpoint.
Forecasting and budgeting management.
Monitoring competitive activity.
Maintaining relationships within the marketplace and proactively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders across different teams.
