Brandstock supports its customers with filling, prosecution, enforcement and consultancy services in the field of trademark, design, patent, copyright and competition law.
As part of the Brandstock Trademark Searches Department, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding and growing our clients’ brands. You will join a detail-oriented, meticulous team that conducts trademark searches to uncover potential conflicts, ensuring smooth and successful brand launches.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities ...
- Conducting worldwide trademark searches.
- Independently preparing and compiling search reports, as well as summarizing foreign search reports.
- Entering and evaluating information on our search platform.
- Monitoring deadlines and ensuring timely delivery.
- Corresponding with clients and colleagues.
- Preparing and reviewing cost estimates.
- Reviewing and checking the results of colleagues’ reports.
