Job Responsibilities:
• Implements comprehensive trade marketing strategies and plans tailored to specific product portfolios within designated regions, encompassing offline channels, working under close supervision.
• Conducts in-depth analysis of sales performance, market share, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and potential risks, and proactively recommend strategic actions to maximize ROI.
• Handles the implementation of marketing plans into effective omnichannel shopper activation and superior presence plans, ensuring execution excellence by delivering tailored retail channel shopper toolkits and POS catalogs to relevant customers, in line with sales team strategies.
• Supports the listing of products in partners with relevant content for offline and online premises.
• Interacts closely with Account Managers and Category Management experts to continuously improve assets and budget utilization.
• Drives the development and execution of innovative shopper marketing campaigns and activations including retail media where applicable in collaboration with key retail partners, leveraging consumer insights and shopper behavior data.
• Analyzes the performance of trade marketing activities, leveraging tools and analytics platforms to track KPIs, evaluate ROI, and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Contributes insights and recommendations to the development of trade marketing plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and market trends.
• Identifies and evaluates opportunities to optimize trade marketing processes and workflows, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency across regions.
• Collaborates with broader global and local marketing team members to leverage best practices and share learnings, contributing to the continuous improvement and evolution of the trade marketing function within the organization.
• Collaborates with external omnichannel/shopper agencies in order to deploy Philips or Philips sub-brands Brand Experience Playbook per channel/ account specifics.
• Drives the creation and deployment of trade/shopper marketing assets, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Drafts periodic retail training based on objectives (NPI introduction, pre campaign mementos, shop floor people product training) and ensures deployment towards relevant audience.
Minimum required Education:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree
Minimum required Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience with solid offline trade marketing experience
