1. Shop in shop group channel strategy and annual business plan
2. Manage SIS group Budgets,including Target setting, TE and A&CP investment plan, execution tracking and PR/PO/Contract/TPM notification process.
3. Optimize channel ROI,conduct regular performance analysis and adjust strategies in real time base on data insights.
3. Brand activation contact window, co-work with Nmkt and SPT sales team lock down full year activation calendar and perfect execution
4. SIS group Yee collection and Period sales landing management, by SKU FCST and quota management
5. SIS group instore assets(PDS/POSM) management
6. SIS group customer service management and training
Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above
2.Strong communication and manage complexity ability
3.Above 5 years’ experience in trade marketing experience or Tmall sales experience
4.Data analysis and business insight, and know the basic business operation, CRM, content related knowledge.
5.Basic financial knowledge and experience in target allocation, budget management, contract and rebate management
