Job descriptionYou will join the Belux Trade Marketing team & report to the Head of Trade Marketing to assist them in their daily operations.
The Trade Maketing Trainee has a central position between the different departments of the company (Sales, Marketing, Field).
Roles & ResponsibilitiesPerformance tracking via different data sources (Shopper data, Nielsen)
- Monthly diagnostic of the category, our brands and the competition
- Support in ad-hoc studies
- Folder tracking & competitive intelligence
- Help for the yearly brand plans preparation
Support the Trade Marketing managers & Key Accounts managers
- Annual and/or quarterly Business Reviews
- Creation & development of tailor-made actions at the retailers & outlets
- Creation of visuals, trade insert & displays
Support for the Field Force
- Organize consumer animations and brand acceleration plans with KPI Monitoring
- Develop sales argumentation for product launches and/or activations
- Other topics related to trade projects
- You have strong analytical and communication skills
- Demonstrated organizational/time-management and problem-solving skills
- You are eager to learn
- You are familiar with Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
- Proactive approach and ability to work under pressure within strict deadlines
- Experience with Nielsen and/or data analytics is a plus
- Languages: Fluency - French and English
