Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure brand consistency across all retail partners and channels
- Develop and adapt marketing materials to meet specific channel requirements
- Negotiate and coordinate key marketing activations with agencies and clients
- Plan and execute in-store, thematic, seasonal activations, and roadshows
- Manage cross-licensing collaborations
- Create and maintain exhibition guidelines for both e-commerce and physical retail spaces
- Provide regional trade marketing support throughout LATAM
- Evaluate the ROI of marketing activations and trade investments
- Oversee showroom and trade show exhibitions
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in trade marketing, ideally within the Toy or consumer goods industry
- Experience in the toy industry is highly desirable
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Expertise in negotiation and building strong client relationships
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to think innovatively
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate financial outcomes, including ROI
- Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English
