In this pivotal role, you will analyze trade promotion tactics, develop optimization recommendations, and craft compelling selling stories based on shopper and consumer insights. Your work will directly influence our investment decisions, helping us deliver greater value to our customers, consumers, and the business.
What will be your key responsibilities?
Develop, deploy and coordinate of trade marketing activities within the VET channel according to the annual execution plan both online and offline.
Identify and evaluate promotion optimization opportunities.
Plan and manage ordering, development and production of all communication/promotional/merchandizing materials, both in-clinic and online.
Partner with Sales, Portfolio, Category, SRM, Health Affairs and regional Sales Acceleration teams to drive profitable sales and share growth across the North Europe for assigned channel.
Execute complex and comprehensive analyses to support the development of channel-level and customer-level promotional strategies that achieve sales, share, and profitability objectives.
The role includes overall responsibility for sales-supporting tools and related development projects, including loyalty programs and webshop support.
Facilitate strategic conversations with sales team to influence retailers on executing our market plans and priorities with high quality and impact.
Conduct post campaign evaluations to learn and develop more impactful campaigns delivering greater ROI.
What We're Looking For:
Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language.
Proven experience leading multi-functional teams, preferably within the FMCG or veterinary industries.
A knack for turning complex insights into actionable opportunities and clear, compelling narratives.
Proficiency with syndicated data sources like IRI or Nielsen.
Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint and ability to navigate within different digital platforms.
It would be a bonus if you have:
Familiarity with our customer base and retail merchandising.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or SAP.
Please note that this role requires availability for travel up to 20% of the time and occasional weekend work.
