Job Summary
The People Services Automation Operations Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing and maintaining automated processes within People Services function. This individual will ensure the smooth operation of HR automation tools, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
* Monitor and maintain the operational health of all People Services automation tools.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to automated HR processes.
* Perform routine system checks, data audits, and performance monitoring to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of automated workflows.
* Support the implementation and testing of new automation solutions and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
* Develop and maintain documentation for automated processes, troubleshooting guides, and user manuals for People Services staff.
* Provide training and support to People Services team members on the effective use of automation tools and best practices.
* Collaborate with People Services and IT teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and further automation.
* Assist in data extraction, reporting, and analysis related to automation performance and metrics.
* Ensure all automated processes adhere to data privacy regulations and company policies.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
