Job Description Summary 
Responsible for managing and overseeing the compensation and benefits programs, as well as the HR information systems across the Latin America region. This role ensures that all compensation and benefits practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
The manager will also oversee compliance with relevant regulations and manage the HR Information System (HRIS) to support these functions in line with the Global Total Rewards philosophy and strategy.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of HRIS to support HR operations and decision-making.

Knowledge of Workday system required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Compensation
• Design and manage competitive compensation structures in line with the global framework.
• Conduct regular market analysis to ensure salary competitiveness.
• Develop and implement salary review processes and guidelines, align with global requirements.
• Oversee the administration of incentive and bonus programs.

 

Benefits
• Manage employee benefits programs (including wellness initiatives), coordinating with the Global Total Rewards team to ensure adherence to the global framework.
• Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing benefits packages.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding benefits.

 

HRIS Management
• Maintain and optimize the HRIS for accurate employee data management.
• Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
• Provide training and support to HR staff and employees on HRIS functionalities.
• Lead or support the deployment of Workday modules within the region, ensuring configurations meet both global standards and regional requirements.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to tailor Workday solutions that address specific local business processes and compliance needs.
• Coordinating and supporting the introduction of new system components in collaboration with the Global HRIS team
• Actively participating in the design and continuous digitization of HR processes, including identifying automation opportunities and leading optimization initiatives

 

Global Mobility
• Manage global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments and international transfers.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.
• Provide support and guidance to employees and their families during international relocations.
• Collaborate with external vendors to facilitate relocation services and support.
Requirements:

Education

* Completed degree in business informatics, economics, or a comparable subjects, like Human Resources Management or Information Engineering & Management.

* Master's degree or relevant certification preferred.

 

Work Experience

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits management.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in the (international) HR environment and a solid understanding of HR processes and roles.
* Experience in process and change management as well as the planning and management of HR IT projects.
* Extensive experience in Compensation, Benefits, and Global Mobility across multiple countries

 

Technical Skills

* Excellent knowledge of compensation and benefits regulations and best practices.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
* Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g. Workday)
* Strong understanding of regional HR processes, labor laws, and compliance standards.
* Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
