Total Reward and Effectiveness Manager

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies: 

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or HR Analytics roles.
• Proven experience in designing and managing total rewards strategies that align with business goals.
• Strong technical skills in compensation modeling, benchmarking, and performance analytics.
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a strong plus).
• Strategic thinking with a high degree of analytical rigor and discretion.
• Deep understanding of cost-effective reward frameworks and compliance in HR processes.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights that support decision-making.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with People and Finance teams.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on optimizing employee satisfaction and business outcomes.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Design and manage compensation and benefits frameworks that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
• Ensure all reward structures are aligned with business strategy, market competitiveness, and internal equity.
• Collaborate with the Head of People Experience to drive reward initiatives that support growth and EBITDA impact.
• Oversee the annual salary review process, compensation adjustments, and incentive plans.
• Lead HR analytics to generate insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and maintain key people dashboards, compensation benchmarks, and performance indicators.
• Ensure HR compliance in compensation and benefits-related processes and documentation.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to leadership and support compensation-related audits or reviews.
