Design intuitive, accessible web and mobile interfaces using Figma and design systems. Create wireframes, flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes. Ensure WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, consistency across products, and support implementation through collaboration with Product, Engineering, and QA. Contribute to design documentation and validate solutions, including large-format and kiosk experiences when needed.

Design end-to-end experiences for data-intensive products including dashboards and analytical tools. Lead discovery, ideation, prototyping, and validation; create scalable design systems and visualizations. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams and leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate design and implementation.

Monitor and configure SIEM and endpoint security tools, triage and escalate alerts, correlate events across endpoints, networks, identity, and cloud, assist with detection tuning, support incident containment and remediation, maintain cloud and identity security monitoring, and document investigations and SOC processes.

Lead end-to-end software and digital projects onsite in San Salvador by defining plans, timelines, milestones, and critical paths. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and dependencies, maintain disciplined follow-up, and communicate progress and decisions to local and international stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and business alignment.

Design, execute, and maintain functional test cases for web, mobile, and eCommerce apps. Perform API and integration testing, validate end-to-end workflows and peripheral integrations, report and track defects, collaborate with Product, Dev, and UX teams, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs (REST/GraphQL); develop data-heavy React/Next.js frontends; optimize database queries and caching; deploy serverless services on AWS; write tests; collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage work in a Kanban workflow.

Design, build, and operate scalable, fault-tolerant Java backend microservices using Hexagonal Architecture. Deploy containerized apps on AKS, ensure performance, security, and observability, mentor engineers, lead code reviews, and drive platform and architecture improvements.

Manage enterprise IT operations including Entra ID identity and access, Intune endpoint management, Defender vulnerability triage, FreshService ticketing, Salesforce administration, VPN and credential vaults, onboarding/offboarding workflows, SaaS access audits, security assessments, and runbook documentation during a six-month contract.

Maintain and troubleshoot production Java/Spring applications, manage support tickets and alerts, collaborate with Dev/QA/DevOps, support deployments, investigate incidents, implement fixes, optimize performance, and document resolutions.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and streaming data pipelines on GCP. Develop ingestion frameworks, ETL/ELT processes, data models, and governance. Optimize performance, ensure reliability, implement CI/CD and IaC, monitor data quality and lineage, and support analytics and reporting needs while collaborating with stakeholders.
