Internal Sales Controller
TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, a FTSE100 listed multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging and are active in 97 markets globally. Our TMS family consists of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA.
About the role
As an Internal Sales Controller, you’ll play a key role in supporting our global operations from our Gurugram hub in India. This role is all about ensuring smooth order confirmations, maintaining accurate data, and providing excellent customer service support.
With a hybrid work model 3 days WFH, 2 days in office, you'll collaborate closely with internal teams, ensuring efficient workflows and up-to-date digital content. Your ability to manage multiple tasks with precision will be essential in driving operational success.
Some daily responsibilities will include-
- Manage supplier order confirmations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Utilise SAP to manage data and ensure smooth flow of information across systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the overall efficiency of operations.
- Work closely with internal teams to support order processing and supplier confirmations.
- Manage digital content, ensuring global access to up-to-date product information.
- Generate reports on supplier confirmations and procurement data.
About you

With strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail, you will play a vital role in supporting global operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with SAP
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and work independently.
