What You’ll Do:
Welcome visitors and create a great first impression
Answer and route calls using a multi-line phone system
Manage appointments, mail, and office supplies
Support teams with basic admin tasks and document prep
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic Microsoft Office knowledge
Detail-oriented and reliable
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous customer-facing or office experience is a plus (not required!)
