What We DoWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to support day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This role is essential in providing administrative support, coordinating activities, and contributing to overall team productivity.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries in a professional manner
  • Support team projects, events, and cross-functional coordination
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with basic operational needs

Pay Range: $17.68 - $23.56 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
