Key Responsibilities
- Participate in compensation benchmarking activities to maintain an up-to-date understanding of market trends.
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR and compensation reports and data analysis.
- Generate insights to support leadership decision-making and identify trends, gaps, or potential risks.
- Maintain expatriate payroll-related data and ensure organizational updates are accurately reflected in HR records and systems.
- Respond to expatriate inquiries with a high level of accuracy, professionalism, compliance, and customer support.
- Support expatriate HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, global mobility, and localization processes.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support leadership decision-making.
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and confidential communications.
- Support day-to-day operational needs for executive and senior leadership teams.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Qualifications
- Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- BA/BS degree in Business or a related field required.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience, including HR reporting, data analysis, performance management, and compensation-related processes.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work onsite in the office 5 days per week.
COMPENSATION: $70,000/yr - $110,000/yr

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be tailored based on several factors, including the location, job grade, relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. We also take into account the internal equity among our current team members to ensure fairness and competitiveness
