First American is looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing team in . In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide range of administrative duties including creating and maintaining title files, documenting all research, and auditing calculations and legal documents. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.  

HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE

  • Performs a wide range of administrative duties that require experience, skill and knowledge of title policies and practices.
  • Creates and maintains files, records and reports; monitor and track workflow
  • Responds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issues and complete the title process.  Communicates information and prepares documentation and reports
  • Communicates with internal and external groups
  • Other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years title industry experience

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)

  • Experience with MS Office suite
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all times
  • Strong detail orientation
  • Customer service orientation
  • Exercises good judgment
  • Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems

Pay Range: $18.46 - $24.63 Hourly
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
