First American is looking to add a Title Assistant to our growing team in Rawlins, WY In this role, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced setting supporting our Title team in a wide range of administrative duties including creating and maintaining title files, documenting all research, and auditing calculations and legal documents. This position plays a key role in coordinating the resolution and completion of the title process.

Searches, examines, and interprets real estate documents

Audits calculations and legal documents for accuracy

Communicates recording information and prepares legal property documents

Communicates professionally with all customers
