Job Description:

The Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist is accountable for leading the implementation of the lifecycle of third-party relationships (source & engage, manage, terminate)

• Serve as the key person to embed an effective framework for TPRM policy and operating guidelines
• Lead the implementation of TPRM Policy and Operating guidelines and ongoing refinement across the Asia region
• Supervise and assist trouble-shooting and root-cause analysis of TPRM related issues with BU Procurement teams, and timely escalation and resolution of issues with relevant stakeholders
• Perform quality assurance and review on the TPRM framework, including the governance and operating effectiveness in the region
• Manage the interaction with key stakeholders in Indonesia across different levels to understand the TPRM requirements and develop approaches that meet the relevant Corporate and regulatory requirements
• Develop and deliver insightful report on the status of the third-party risk management programs across Asia

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree.
• Risk Management / Internal Controls / TPRM related accreditation would be desirable.
• 8+ years of experience in third party risk management and control functions in procurement in financial institutions;
• Strong knowledge of TPRM principles and factors that contribute to third-party risk, with the ability to assess, measure and monitor risk and understanding of practices and operational risks;
• With a proven track record of implementing effective TPRM programs, controls, and processes, ideally in Canadian or European regulatory environment;
• Project and Change management in relation to processes and systems transition;
• Demonstrable experience of developing strong working relationships with cross-functional business areas and multi-stakeholder landscape to drive execution of key deliverables and facilitate successful TPRM management within the Three Lines of Defense model.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
