Deliver IFRS 17 Financial Reporting

• Prepare and analyze the Financial Reporting pack under IFRS 17 basis for the Prudential Group submission.
• To assist with various investigation/ assessment / analysis of the number to understand the movement and the drivers.
• Providing financial data, analysis, dan insights to support decision-making processes for local management and Group
• Develop business requirements for disclosure and reporting.
• To assess and document the process and controls for the opening Balance Sheet. Develop business requirements for disclosure and reporting.
• Assist in the enhancement of financial reporting frameworks and models. Provide technical reporting guidance on IFRS 17 requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of IFRS 17 standards.
• Prepare, analyze, and present accurate and timely financial reports in accordance with IFRS 17.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors for financial audits
• Collaborating with other departments to gather information for financial reporting
• To assess and document the IFRS 17 reporting process according to the regional office’s requirement and translate it into Prudential Indonesia’s processes and controls.
• Manage the team within the workstream assigned to ensure that the deliverables can be provided in a timeline basis
• Conduct interviews and workshops with stakeholders.
• Build and manage relationship with stakeholders (internal and external, including vendor) to ensure alignment and coordination towards completeness of work stream deliverables.
• Work closely with the project team, including the Data, Systems and Actuarial work streams where the delivery of work-stream requires multidisciplinary collaboration
• Provide insight on industry practices to stakeholders to facilitate continuous improvement of deliverables.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data and reporting processes.
• Conduct regular audits and checking to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial reporting.
• Stay updated with changes in IFRS 17 regulations (i.e. regulatory reporting requirement, statutory reporting and accounting standard, group reporting policy) to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Assisting in the budgeting process and providing variance analysis reports Training and mentoring financial reporting staff
