TH EMEA Senior Specialist Business Operations

The Team

Within the Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to drive long-term business direction, lead strategic planning, improve operational efficiency, and support the execution of key priorities. Central to this is owning the business calendar, key milestones, and structured ways of working that enable clarity, alignment, and focus across the organization.

The team acts as the backbone of the department, collaborating closely with global strategy teams, EMEA teams, and Hub counterparts to drive business planning, prioritization, and strategic projects. By ensuring clear timelines, milestone tracking, and consistent processes, the team enables effective coordination and execution of strategic initiatives.

The Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager Business Operations, the Business Operations & Processes Specialist supports in the coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of key TH EMEA processes.

In this role, you will help maintain visibility of critical milestones, ensure alignment across teams, and provide structured operational support to enable effective decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will contribute to the smooth execution of business processes and help drive operational excellence across TH EMEA.

Your role is to support the Senior Manager in enabling the organization to meet its objectives efficiently and with clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Milestone Coordination

  • Support the Senior Manager in maintaining and coordinating the TH EMEA processes and seasonal milestone calendar, ensuring clear visibility across teams.

  • Track critical deadlines, monitor milestone adherence, and proactively follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely execution.

  • Identify risks or delays, escalate when appropriate, and support clear communication of updates to relevant teams.

Process Improvement & Documentation

  • Support the organization by identifying, developing, and continuously improving tools that drive calendar visibility, milestone clarity, and cross-functional transparency.

  • Drive the adoption of standardized tools and ways of working to improve consistency and operational effectiveness.

  • Maintain clear process documentation, provide structured status updates, and identify automation or simplification opportunities to reduce complexity.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Act as a coordination point between teams to ensure clear communication and alignment across channels and functions.

  • Provide structured support through calendar- and process-focused training and workshops to reduce ambiguity and build cross-functional team alignment. 

Note: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Measures of Success

  • High-quality and timely coordination of key milestones and governance processes

  • Positive stakeholder feedback on clarity, follow-up, and reliability

  • Improved transparency and consistency in process tracking

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in business operations or similar roles within fashion, retail, or consumer goods.

  • Strong retail foundation, with hands-on experience in buying, merchandising, planning, supply chain, product development, or retail management.

  • Demonstrated experience managing business calendars, planning cycles, and key milestones (e.g. seasonal planning, go-to-market, budgeting).

  • Proven ability to operate in process-driven environments, improving ways of working and driving consistency across teams.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix organization, with strong stakeholder coordination skills.

  • Solid project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.

  • Data-driven mindset, with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Fluency in English.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, fashion merchandising, management, or a related field.
