Job Description
Our Operation Engineering Divison is looking for a Test Operation Engineer to join our team in Nabern, Germany!
Your main responsibilities in this position will be to:
- Monitor daily pre-production requirements to ensure shipment dates are met on time
- Test semiconductor devices (wafer and singulated) using probers, handlers and manual test
- Troubleshooting equipment/process problems and able to solve independently
- Providing feedback on maintenance issues and trends associated with failures and root causes
- Suggest and implement cost-saving ideas
- Guarantee quality work according to the Renesas standards and specifications
- Ensure that the product is handled and processed according to given instructions
- Testing and hand over the semiconductor devices within the prescribed timeframe to logistic department in accordance to the production plan.
- Ensure quality of tested and provided products by following our internal procedures
- Building a stable setup to achieve the maximum possible yield. The reports can be shown in the production database “GYM “
Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical education
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in ATE test operating and troubleshooting for complex production test setup
- Extended knowledge of production flows in the semiconductor or electronics related industry
- Technical backround in semiconductor production and maintenance
- Good problem-solving skills
- Working independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work flexible working hours
- Teamworking skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels
- Good oral and written command of English. German A2 is a plus.
