We are looking for a Test Manager for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Project
A large-scale global Professional Services project is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead all Quality Assurance and Testing activities as part of the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
The role includes full ownership of the testing strategy, planning and managing testing cycles, leading both business and technical testing teams, managing defects and tracking their resolution, and coordinating activities between business and technology stakeholders across local and international teams.
The position operates within a highly integrated global environment and requires close collaboration with teams across the United States, Europe, and Israel.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the testing workstream for a global SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud project.
- Define and implement an end-to-end testing strategy (E2E Testing Strategy).
- Manage and lead SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, and Go-Live Readiness cycles.
- Monitor testing progress, track defects, and report status to project leadership.
- Lead integration testing between SAP and multiple external systems.
- Manage testing teams and business users participating in testing activities.
- Work closely with global teams and stakeholders across the United States and other regions.
Must Have
- 3-5 years of experience managing testing activities in SAP projects.
- Proven experience leading SIT and UAT processes within complex ERP implementations.
- Experience working on global and multinational projects.
- Experience managing testing efforts across multiple integrations and interfaces.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with senior business and technology teams.
Significant Advantage
