Develop and debug CMOS image sensor test programs, algorithms, ATE hardware, probecards, and loadboards for engineering and mass production. Analyze test data, improve fault coverage and yield, support R&D characterization and DFT/DFM planning, troubleshoot production issues, assist subcontractor ramp-up, and prepare customer engineering samples.

Responsibilities:    

As Test engineer, Collect, verify and analysis mature CIS product of CP testing and trouble shooting program and prepare the NPI device mass production ramp up.
・Develop CIS (CMOS Image Sensor)  test program for Engineering phase & MP, Debug the Testing H/W issue. 
・Support R&D collect the Characterization data log for process improving.
・Discuss with R&D about DFT & DFM plan
・Increase the test fault coverage to reduce the RMA DPPM.
・Develop / Modify the image test algorithm for all testing failure mode. 
・Support the sub-con ramp up for mass production, including the H/W and Test program. 
・Develop the Probecard / Loadboard for mass production.
・Prepare the customer engineering samples

  
Requirements:    

・5 year experience as Test engineer
・Solid Image process knowledge, Digital Testing concept. 
・CIS test debug experience, and ATE hardware know well
・Strong C++ language develop experience / skill
・Result oriented and embraced change behaviors
・Solid situational communication skill with various type of stakeholders
・Language skills: Business level English and Japanese
・Electrical Engineering or one  based knowledge; electronic circuit debug, and CP production Hardware ,Program debug and Yield monitor ability.
・Experience to work for multinational company is a plus
・MS / BS / Associate of Electrical Electronics Engineering

  

Skills Required

  • At least 5 years of experience as a test engineer
  • Solid image processing knowledge and understanding of digital testing concepts
  • CMOS image sensor test debugging experience
  • Strong knowledge of ATE hardware
  • Strong C++ development experience and skills
  • Business-level English and Japanese language skills
  • Electrical or electronics engineering education or equivalent knowledge
  • Electronic circuit debugging experience
  • CP production hardware and test program debugging experience
  • Yield monitoring ability
  • Result-oriented and adaptable behavior
  • Strong situational communication skills with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience working for a multinational company
