Within the SMB (Small & Merchant Business) business line, the Launchpad initiative aims to simplify merchants’ access to Worldline’s solutions and products. This includes centralized access to the solutions catalog, a simple and fast onboarding, and a Web and Mobile platform for day-to-day operations. We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the team, ensuring the quality and reliability of the mobile application content delivered to merchants, in collaboration with mobile development squads.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies and test plans for mobile applications (iOS/Android) developed with React Native technology • Create and execute manual and automated test cases to validate features, APIs, • Contribute to test automation using appropriate frameworks (e.g., Jest, Detox, Appium) and maintain stable automated test suites. • Collaborate with developers, product, and design to translate user stories into effective test scenarios and acceptance criteria. • Identify, reproduce, and document defects with clear steps, expected vs. actual results, and impact assessment. • Perform manual exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and usability issues; contribute to usability testing when needed. • Ensure security and data handling best practices are considered in testing, including data privacy and app security considerations. • Contribute to maintaining documentation related to test plans, environments, and release readiness. • Stay current with industry best practices in mobile testing, accessibility, and security.

• At least 3 years of experience in mobile app testing • Strong understanding of mobile app architectures, APIs, and end-to-end testing concepts. • Experience with test automation for mobile apps and willingness to extend test automation coverage. • Familiarity with RESTful API testing; ability to validate API contracts and data flows. • Ability to design effective test cases from user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). • Familiarity with accessibility testing and guidelines. • Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
