Job Description

EnBio/Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for planning and implementing verification and validation strategies for PET-CT systems across system and sub-system levels.
  • Execute manual and automated testing for product verification, validation, ensuring compliance with functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python for scalable testing.
  • Perform automation testing using Selenium and Playwright to ensure high-quality product releases.
  • Develop and manage Docker-based test environments for reproducible and efficient execution 
  • Perform testing and debugging in Linux-based environments to validate system reliability 
  • Analyze system failures, perform troubleshooting, and provide detailed defect and root cause analysis reports.
  • Determine appropriate test environments, tools, and automation strategies aligned with product requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with development, system, automation framework team, and global teams to ensure end-to-end product quality.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Execute verification & validation activities in laboratory and system environments, contributing to product quality and integration.
  • Support development of test infrastructure, instrumentation, and verification and validation tools.
  • Develop strong understanding of system behavior and contribute to improving testing efficiency and product quality.
  • Non-hybrid, Full-time onsite position with a five-day workweek.
  • Flexible working hours, including 2–3 evening shifts (14:00–23:00) per week as needed.
  • Work in global programs requiring cross-location collaboration, including extended or flexible work hours

Required Qualifications

  • B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline.

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in verification and validation of healthcare or medical device products.
  • Strong expertise in Python programming and automation framework development.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright for test automation.
  • Experience with Docker for containerized test environments.

  • Domain expertise in Healthcare / Medical Devices.
  • Good understanding of Software QA processes and Agile methodologies.
