Drive territory sales for Kardex intralogistics solutions: generate leads, develop opportunities, negotiate complex contracts, deliver technical-commercial proposals, coordinate sales projects, attend trade shows, follow Miller-Heiman/CRM processes, and meet bookings and gross profit targets while ensuring policy compliance.

Major task and responsibilities:
- Achieve quota in the sales area for bookings and Gross Profit Margin of Sales.

- Manage prospect acquisition and lead generation, offer making, contract and price negotiations.

- Develop solution and value proposition for customer.

Your tasks

REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Tertiary education in related field.

- 全日制大专以上相关专业

- 3-5 years of experience in Intralogistics with high exposure to wholesale, retail, e-commerce, 3PL, electronics and/or Bio-Pharmaceutical industries.

- 3-5年内部物流行业经验,主要涉及批发、零售、电子商务、第三方物流、电子和/或生物制药行业。

- Multi-year experience of high level and complex B2B sales, with solution selling.

Skills Required

  • Tertiary education in a related field
  • 3-5 years experience in intralogistics with exposure to wholesale, retail, e-commerce, 3PL, electronics and/or bio-pharmaceuticals
  • Multi-year high-level B2B sales experience with solution selling
  • Commercial background with strong technical understanding (or vice versa)
  • Formal training in sales and key account management
  • Experience developing and negotiating complex contracts
  • Good understanding of logistical processes and software-supported workflows
  • Experience using strategic selling frameworks (Miller Heiman, SPIN) and CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Creative, solution-oriented mindset
  • Patient, persistent, and enduring working style
