Reporting to: ASM
Role Purpose
Drive sales and distribution of UFS products in assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with hospitality clients (chefs, purchase managers, owners).
Manage distributors to ensure smooth operations, ROI, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Conduct daily market visits to HoReCa clients.
Expand product penetration and menu placements.
Distributor Management
Oversee stocks, billing, hygiene, and inventory.
Ensure ROI calculations and secondary sales tracking.
Monitor distributor sales team performance and take corrective actions.
Business Development
Identify new HoReCa accounts and onboard them.
Negotiate with clients and distributors to secure business.
Conduct promotional activities within budget.
Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities and pricing trends.
Provide feedback to branch/area managers for strategic action.
Reporting & Collaboration
Weekly reporting of sales activities.
Work closely with culinary, marketing, and supply chain teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Hotel Management.
Experience: 2–5 years in HoReCa sales, channel sales, or food service distribution.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of HoReCa channel.
ROI calculations and distributor handling.
Excellent communication in English and local language.
Negotiation, presentation, and relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively.
