Role expectations
- Gestire il territorio assegnato, contribuendo alla crescita del business e all’acquisizione di nuovi clienti ad alto potenziale.
- Utilizzare un approccio di vendita consultivo, basato su dati e insight, per supportare i clienti nello sviluppo del proprio business.
- Collaborare come partner commerciale con i clienti per modernizzare e far crescere la loro attività, anche attraverso l’implementazione di soluzioni digitali.
- Pianificare ed eseguire un piano territoriale basato sul potenziale dei clienti.
- Sviluppare ed eseguire account plan per i clienti a maggiore potenziale.
- Utilizzare dati e analisi per supportare il processo decisionale dei clienti.
- Coordinare risorse interne per ottimizzare i risultati commerciali.

- Laurea triennale o esperienza equivalente.
- Capacità analitiche e di pianificazione.
- Proattività e capacità di identificare opportunità di miglioramento.
- Elevata integrità professionale.
- Capacità di collaborazione e attitudine al lavoro in team.
- Flessibilità e apertura al cambiamento.
- Capacità di sviluppare e mantenere relazioni con clienti e stakeholder.
- Esperienza in vendite B2B.
- Esperienza nel settore medicale, odontoiatrico o affine (preferibile).
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione in italiano.
- La conoscenza della lingua inglese costituisce un vantaggio.
- Posizione sul campo; è richiesta la residenza nell’area assegnata - Rome
