The Role
As a Territory Manager, you will take full ownership of your territory, managing and growing our Neurosurgical portfolio across North Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle. This is a highly specialised portfolio that supports neurosurgeons and healthcare professionals with innovative technologies and solutions designed to improve patient outcomes in complex Neurosurgical procedures.
You'll work closely with surgeons, theatre staff, nurses and hospital stakeholders to deliver clinical and commercial value across your territory. Success in this role requires a combination of strong relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and a genuine passion for supporting patient care.

- Drive sales growth and market share by achieving territory targets and business objectives.

What we're looking for
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a consistent track record of achieving targets.
- Customer-centricity and the commercial acumen to strategically grow your territory.
- Skilled in analysing data or trends for the purposes of planning, forecasting and identifying sales opportunities.
- Negotiation, presentation and communication skills to effectively build relationships across numerous functions within a hospital.
- Experience with building and/or leveraging financial solutions to drive sales targets and meet customer needs.
Preferred
- Sales experience in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Scientific or other related health industry.
- Comprehensive understanding of both the public and private hospital sectors.
- Experience working within the operating theatre environment or supporting procedural-based specialties is advantageous.
