Key responsibilities
Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Neurosurgical portfolio
Support new business development and manage existing customer relationships
Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and clinical staff
Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical support
Troubleshoot product usage and provide ongoing customer support
Travel across Sydney with occasional trips to regional NSW (short trips every 3-4 weeks)
Skills and experience
Required
Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience and strong interest in medical device sales
Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve sales targets
Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability
Preferred
Background in healthcare, allied health, or life sciences (preferred)
