Key responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and increase market share across the Neurosurgical portfolio

  • Support new business development and manage existing customer relationships

  • Provide clinical support in operating theatres, assisting surgeons and clinical staff

  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and technical support

  • Troubleshoot product usage and provide ongoing customer support

  • Travel across Sydney with occasional trips to regional NSW (short trips every 3-4 weeks)

Skills and experience

Required

  • Minimum 1-2 years demonstrated sales experience and strong interest in medical device sales

  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to achieve sales targets

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders

  • High level of motivation, resilience, and accountability

Preferred

  • Background in healthcare, allied health, or life sciences (preferred)

  • Knowledge and understanding of anatomy, surgery, and healthcare environments
