Job Description

Your primary responsibility will be to establish contact with potential policyholders and present Coface’s services and products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing the telemarketing action plan by researching and preparing key data to acquire new policyholders
  • Establishing contact with potential policyholders and identifying their needs
  • Presenting branch services and other Coface products to prospective clients
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in the calling process to create a more efficient approach to acquiring new clients
  • Providing support to sales representatives, account managers, and other departments as needed
  • Preparing various reports and statistics, processing, maintaining, and archiving records and business documentation related to the role
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procedures of the Branch and the Group

Qualifications

Education and experience requirements:

  • Higher vocational education (previous system)
  • Higher professional education in economics, administration, or another relevant field, and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
    or
  • General secondary education
  • Secondary technical or other professional education in economics, administration, or another relevant field, and at least 2 years of relevant work experience

Functional knowledge:

  • English: Independent user
  • Croatian/Serbian: Basic user
  • Good knowledge of MS Office

Skills Required

  • Higher vocational education or Higher professional education in economics, administration, or relevant field and at least 1 year of relevant work experience
