We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our Limerick based Telesales Team on a 12‑month maternity cover contract.
Reporting directly to the Telesales Supervisor, this role would suit someone who is an excellent communicator with a professional, friendly, and customer‑focused approach.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering a high standard of customer service by working closely with the telesales team and wider business departments
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Resolving customer queries and ensuring a smooth process through to delivery
- Acting as a key point of contact for customers via phone, email, fax, and online ordering platforms
- Answering incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Responding to customer queries with care, taking the time to understand concerns and agreeing ownership and resolution timelines
- Keeping customers informed and updated until issues are fully resolved
- Installing and supporting customers with the Connect online ordering system
- Processing orders via phone, email, fax, and the Connect system
- Logging all relevant customer information accurately and escalating issues to the appropriate teams where required
- Generating reports for internal and customer use
- Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and communicating these to the Telesales Supervisor
- Staying up to date with product knowledge, business updates, and internal communications
- Providing general support across the team to ensure office efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Previous experience in a customer service or telesales role, ideally within a sales‑focused organisation
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment
- Confident using systems and learning new tools
