YOUR ROLE
The Tele-Sales Lead will be the key leader within Edenred Taiwan Sales Team and be responsible for the topline of fast-growing SME clients. He or she will develop sales strategies and lead the Tele-Sales Team to drive rapid growth for new business opportunities through leads provided by Marketing, maximize the full potential of the existing client portfolio on our solution platform, and retain client relationships with Edenred Selling Way.

The Tele-Sales Lead is responsible for:
Plan, manage and coordinate all team activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis in order to cover sales objectives:
 Sales Operational Excellence:
o Prepare, update, and implement Telesales daily scripts
o Set collective and individual performance objectives
o Optimize and monitor sales productivity in the CRM- Salesforce on an ongoing basis (at least 3 times per day) and Identify roadblocks to help team timely
o Ensure timely lead and optimal pipeline management to optimize the sales cycle
o Foster sales operational disciplines through coaching and training of the team
 Acquisition/Hunting Inbound and outbound leads:
o Work closely with Marketing to ensure the quality of leads
o Work closely with Marketing to ensure enough leads per Sales Rep per day
o Ensure that the team correctly qualifies and follows up on assigned leads (number of calls per hour/day, time to contact lead, number of intents)
o Ensure smooth client-onboarding to Edenred digital solutions, including online client portal(s) and user APP
 Manage client portfolio (Farming)
o Maximize share of wallet through cross-selling and upselling
o Minimize client attrition
o Execute sales campaigns delivered by Marketing (churn, pricing, loyalty campaigns)
o Structure Sales activities and Sales campaigns on portfolio

Pipeline Management
o Control sales performance based on the sales stage within the sales cycle
o Monitor individual performance with close follow up on results and objective achievement
o Discipline of execution with best sales techniques
o Ensure proper updated opportunities in the CRM- Salesforce
 Cross functional collaboration:
o Work with internal stakeholder (including marketing, customer service, merchant and product) to algin both penetration and defense strategies and ensure seamless customer experience
o Leverage marketing campaign and Tele-Sales resources to assess market conditions, define, recommend, implement, and monitor the business strategy to drive results
o Provide valuable insights to inform product development and marketing strategies geared towards rapid market penetration.
 Team Leadership:
o Follow and ensure the company's quality approach on production and improving performance
o Propose action plans in the form of detailed reporting, key ratios, organizational methods to improve sales performance

oEnsure that Marketing and Sales team work closely to align strategy (Meetings, perfectend to end process knowledge)
oFoster a high-performance culture geared towards achieving rapid new sales targetsand swift client satisfaction.
oActively participate in talent and talent development (training, coaching, skillsdevelopment and able to make tough call to preserve team excellence)

oClient portal management:
oOrder to cash process: Ensure quality maintenance to Edenred Solution platforms order &invoice processing, product upload and pricing maintenance
oPlatform management: backend office portal management (BXP, TXP, APP)
oUser experience:
oEnsure seamless client onboarding process
oEnsure satisfactory user onboarding experience
oOptimize client inquiry process: enabling AI embedded solution

Qualifications:

8+ years’ experience solid experience in tele-sales/inside-sales with proven track records
5+ years’ of experience as a sales manager managing a high-performance telesales team
Experience in implementing operational action plans from defined strategy
Experience in monitoring and in campaign management with dashboards and tools such as Salesforce.
Knowledge of call center/Telesales management tools
Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
Experience in undertaking a data-driven approach
Ability to work closely with product and marketing teams to bring customer requirements to a reality
Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving approach
Organized, structured and adaptable. Able to plan operationally to deal with peaks of activity/exceptional events
Good cross-functional communication skills
Bachelor’s degree or above
Languages required: Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese
Fluent in oral and written Chinese
Intermediate level of oral and written English
