Job Title: Telesales Executive 


Level: Junior - Mid Level


Purpose Statement

We are seeking dynamic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, your purpose is to drive sales and revenue by proactively reaching out to potential customers via telephone. You will play a vital role in promoting our products or services, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicating the benefits of our offerings. Join us in connecting with customers and driving business growth through persuasive and engaging telesales techniques.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to sell our investment products and other services.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets for the investment product, contributing significantly to the growth of the organization’s investment portfolio.

  • Customer acquisition and relationship management.

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and requirements.

  • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.

  • Answer customer questions and address any concerns they may have.

  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system.

  • Follow up with customers to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.

  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.

  • Continuously enhance your product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to address customer inquiries effectively and objections.

  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer preferences, market demands, and competitor activities.



Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in the financial services industry.

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.

  • Highly persuasive and skilled in objection handling and closing techniques.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit and a drive to succeed.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
