We are seeking experienced and high-performing Senior
Telesales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will
have a proven track record in closing deals, driving revenue, and managing both
inbound and outbound sales activities. This role requires strong leadership in
sales execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to consistently exceed
targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert
inbound and outbound leads into paying customers
- Build and maintain
strong relationships with prospects and clients via phone and virtual
channels
- Develop and implement
effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Consistently meet and
exceed sales targets and performance KPIs
- Maintain accurate and
up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Provide insights,
feedback, and recommendations to improve sales processes and performance
- Mentor or guide junior
telesales staff where necessary (if applicable)
- Analyze sales
performance data and identify areas for improvement

Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven
experience in telesales or a similar sales role
- Strong negotiation,
persuasion, and closing skills
- Excellent communication
and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated track
record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work
independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational
and time management skills
- Experience in the EdTech
industry is an added advantage
- Familiarity with CRM
tools and sales tracking systems
