About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive, TS-Cards Portfolio to join RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to promote and sell card portfolio products, while delivering a high standard of customer engagement. You will play a key role in achieving daily sales targets, managing leads efficiently, and contributing to the Bank’s overall growth.

What you will be doing

Sales Management

  • Achieve stipulated daily sales targets through outbound calling activities.

  • Ensure all assigned leads are followed up and completed within the stipulated timeline.

  • Maintain conversion/success rates of leads in line with the targets set.

Service Management

  • Maintain accurate customer information and records in the system.

  • Deliver a positive customer experience through professional and effective communication.

What we're looking for

  • Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in a sales environment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers at all levels.

  • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced telesales environment.
