About this opportunity:
MTAS (Multimedia Telephony Application Server) is a key element of the IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), supporting multimedia telephony services, including VoLTE.
Our Characteristics and Dimensioning team is responsible for analyzing the performance impact of new features, defining KPIs, building predictive models, and verifying system capacity and hardware needs, while focusing on Quality of Service, Efficiency and Reliability.
What you will do:
- Analyze and test new software features from a performance perspective
- Define KPIs and create predictive performance models
- Support dimensioning and capacity planning
- Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams
- Contribute to documentation and sales support materials
- Work with Cloud Native and virtualized environments
What you bring:
- Experience in software performance testing and analysis
- MTAS / IMS knowledge and understanding of telecom architecture
- Familiarity with protocols (SIP, Diameter)
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with performance testing tools
It's an advantage to have some experience in:
- scripting (e.g. Python, Bash, Perl)
- Git, Gerrit
- Jenkins
- system testing tools
- Cloud Native experience
- VMware
