Principales Responsabilidades:
Dar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a equipos asignados.
Dar seguimiento al cierre a tiempo del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
Dar soporte a solicitudes de mtto. y a operaciones de acuerdo a las asignaciones.
Dar seguimiento a la generación de mtto planeados en el sistema de TPM
Dar seguimiento al Dashboard de mantenimiento en equipo con todo el grupo
Dar seguimiento a las actividades relacionadas con el TPM/SHVAsset
Tener un control de todas las partes consideradas críticas para su reemplazo.
Cumplir con la Política de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones aplicables a sus actividades.
Competencias/Habilidades:
Estudios Nivel Ingeniería Electromecánica, Electrónica o Mecatronica , Carrera a fin.
Experiencia 1 o 2 años en posición similar preferentemente
Conocimiento de mantenimiento a equipos CNC (HAAS , MAZAK , AMADA )
Conocimientos a sistema de refrigeracion (chiller )
Conocimeinto de Neumática .
Conocimeinto eléctrico
Conocimeinto Electricidad y control eléctrico.
Conocimientos Refrigeración, sistemas mecánicos
.Conocimientos a Instalaciones eléctricas en alta y baja tensión
MANEJO DE SOFTWARE EAM
Conocimiento en Mantenimientos preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.
