Lead production area resources to meet client requirements: verify training, release and schedule work per procedures, manage inventory/kanban, enforce safety and quality systems, use ANDON and production systems, support KPIs and continuous improvement, and supervise staff.

Manage tool crib and MRO inventory: receive suppliers, assign locations, fulfill system requisitions (Asset, Glovia, MSC), perform cycle counts, process scrap, deliver tools to departments, operate forklift, maintain 5S and inventory integrity, support production needs and safety policies. Manage production in machining processes: review dispatch, assign materials/priorities, read drawings and process docs, operate conventional mills and lathes, execute work orders, perform setups and first-piece inspections, maintain machining equipment, and support preventive/corrective maintenance.

Support site leadership to ensure environmental, health, safety, and security compliance across multiple locations. Receive, store, sort, and deliver materials to maintain inventory levels and support production. Perform cycle counts, monitor FIFO/PCPS, support KPIs and continuous improvement, maintain 6S, and manage transit/receiving areas.
