Manage production in machining processes: review dispatch, assign materials/priorities, read drawings and process docs, operate conventional mills and lathes, execute work orders, perform setups and first-piece inspections, maintain machining equipment, and support preventive/corrective maintenance.

Operate automated test equipment to test high-voltage power supplies and electronic sub-assemblies per written test procedures (ATP). Work under supervision, communicate with Production Management and Manufacturing Engineering, and follow schedules and procedures.

Prepare and encapsulate mechanical parts, subassemblies and molds using silicone and epoxy insulating materials. Operate encapsulation equipment, complete process and task logs, assist with equipment maintenance, perform basic mechanical assembly, follow work instructions/drawings/BOMs, and handle/lift units up to ~50 lbs while using required PPE.

Create and maintain CNC and stamping programs (MasterCAM, G/M codes, AP100US, laser), fabricate parts per drawings, design and build tooling, set up CNC and conventional machines, assist shop staff, manage raw material inventory and preventive maintenance, and coordinate production orders for tooling development.

Develop and apply Lean Manufacturing methods (VSM, Kaizen, 6S) to identify and eliminate waste, design production methods and plant layouts, lead continuous improvement and training, support new product transfers, conduct audits, enforce quality and safety, and implement metrics to improve manufacturing performance.

Supervise receipt, storage, inventory control and distribution across Spellman Mexico warehouses. Lead and train warehouse supervisors and staff, manage cycle counts, FIFO/PCPS, Kanban, reporting, preventive maintenance, safety, and global warehouse metrics to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient service.

Supervise and plan machining production, review dispatches, assign operator priorities, operate conventional mills and lathes, read drawings, perform setups and first-piece inspections, execute work orders, and manage equipment maintenance using MP2.

Perform stamping department tasks including machine setup and operation (VIPROS AE/KING, Amada cutter, bending, bench drills), first-piece inspection, form completion, silkscreen application, training peers, and meeting quality and ISO 9001/14001 standards.

Develop and implement digital control loops in power supply products, support firmware, design software, and ensure compliance with standards.

The PCB Designer will develop high-density PCBs, collaborate with engineers, participate in design reviews, and ensure manufacturability standards are met.
