Support site leadership to ensure environmental, health, safety, and security compliance across multiple locations. Lead end-to-end Workday payroll for multi-state and Canadian payrolls; manage time and attendance, deductions, GL mapping, month-end accruals, reconciliations, audits, compliance, reporting, and process improvements while partnering with HR, Benefits, and Accounting.

Create and maintain CNC and stamping programs (MasterCAM, G/M codes, AP100US, laser), fabricate parts per drawings, design and build tooling, set up CNC and conventional machines, assist shop staff, manage raw material inventory and preventive maintenance, and coordinate production orders for tooling development.

Develop and apply Lean Manufacturing methods (VSM, Kaizen, 6S) to identify and eliminate waste, design production methods and plant layouts, lead continuous improvement and training, support new product transfers, conduct audits, enforce quality and safety, and implement metrics to improve manufacturing performance.

Provide HR administrative support including employee recordkeeping, onboarding coordination, HRIS data entry (Workday), employee relations intake, event and engagement coordination, benefits and leave administration support, and general HR program and compliance assistance. Serve as a first point of contact for routine employee questions and support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Supervise receipt, storage, inventory control and distribution across Spellman Mexico warehouses. Lead and train warehouse supervisors and staff, manage cycle counts, FIFO/PCPS, Kanban, reporting, preventive maintenance, safety, and global warehouse metrics to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient service.

Receive, store, sort, and deliver materials to maintain inventory levels and support production. Perform cycle counts, monitor FIFO/PCPS, support KPIs and continuous improvement, maintain 6S, and manage transit/receiving areas.

Manage tool crib and MRO inventory: receive materials, assign locations, fulfill requisitions and transfers using Glovia/Asset, perform cycle counts, process scrap, deliver equipment, operate forklift, maintain 6S, and ensure ISO, safety, and quality compliance.

Supervise and plan machining production, review dispatches, assign operator priorities, operate conventional mills and lathes, read drawings, perform setups and first-piece inspections, execute work orders, and manage equipment maintenance using MP2.

Perform stamping department tasks including machine setup and operation (VIPROS AE/KING, Amada cutter, bending, bench drills), first-piece inspection, form completion, silkscreen application, training peers, and meeting quality and ISO 9001/14001 standards.

Develop and implement digital control loops in power supply products, support firmware, design software, and ensure compliance with standards.

Lead global demand, production, inventory, and material planning functions. Own S&OP/SIOP strategy, optimize planning processes, improve ERP planning maturity, set KPIs, drive continuous improvement, hire and develop planning teams, and align cross-functional activities to meet customer commitments.

The PCB Designer will develop high-density PCBs, collaborate with engineers, participate in design reviews, and ensure manufacturability standards are met.

Design, develop, test, and document firmware/software for high-voltage power supplies. Implement embedded firmware (RTOS), FPGA/CPLD code, and digital control features; support verification, revision control, cross-team collaboration, and customer-facing technical documentation.
