Operate automated test equipment to test high-voltage power supplies and electronic sub-assemblies per written test procedures (ATP). Work under supervision, communicate with Production Management and Manufacturing Engineering, and follow schedules and procedures.

The Regional Sales Director is responsible for managing sales activity and growing revenue in EMEA, leading the sales team, and developing customer relationships.

Supervise receipt, storage, inventory control and distribution across Spellman Mexico warehouses. Lead and train warehouse supervisors and staff, manage cycle counts, FIFO/PCPS, Kanban, reporting, preventive maintenance, safety, and global warehouse metrics to ensure inventory accuracy and efficient service.

Perform stamping department tasks including machine setup and operation (VIPROS AE/KING, Amada cutter, bending, bench drills), first-piece inspection, form completion, silkscreen application, training peers, and meeting quality and ISO 9001/14001 standards.

Supervise and plan machining production, review dispatches, assign operator priorities, operate conventional mills and lathes, read drawings, perform setups and first-piece inspections, execute work orders, and manage equipment maintenance using MP2.

Develop and implement digital control loops in power supply products, support firmware, design software, and ensure compliance with standards.

The Director of Embedded Systems Engineering will lead a team in the design, development, and testing of firmware and software for high voltage power supplies, while ensuring project execution and team development align with company strategy and market needs.

The PCB Designer will develop high-density PCBs, collaborate with engineers, participate in design reviews, and ensure manufacturability standards are met.

The role involves managing engineering documentation, ensuring compliance, collaborating with teams, optimizing workflows, maintaining Windchill PLM, and training others.

The Mechanical Engineer role involves leading mechanical design, collaborating on projects, performing engineering calculations, and mentoring other engineers, focusing on power electronics packaging.

Assist in designing and evaluating electronic circuits, support customization of power supplies, conduct testing, and collaborate with engineering staff to meet customer specifications.
