This Position reports to:
ERP Manager, Operations Solutions & DeliYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Lead to design, implement, and maintain enterprise SAP solutions. In this role, you will lead a team of technical professionals, oversee system architecture, and ensure optimal SAP performance across the organization. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP developers and consultants, providing technical guidance and performance feedback
- Design and architect SAP solutions (ERP, Ariba, TM, EWM) aligned with business needs
- Oversee system configuration, customization, and integration with third-party applications
- Manage SAP upgrades, patches, and system optimization to ensure stability and performance
- Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and ABB governance policies
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions with minimal business disruption
- Conduct code reviews and maintain quality standards across all SAP projects
- Prepare technical documentation, system design documents, and disaster recovery plans
- Stay updated with SAP product updates, innovations, and industry best practices
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
Education
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with SAP systems (module-specific expertise required: ABAP, Basis, FI/CO, MM, SD, or similar)
- 3+ years in S4 HANA with at least 1 full implementation
- Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, system landscape, and integration technologies
- Proficiency in at least one SAP module and experience with system customization and configuration
- Experience with SAP Cloud solutions and modern integration tools (OData, REST APIs)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Certifications
SAP Certification(s) in ABAP / technical / Integrations
Experience in S4 Hana
Experience with multiple SAP solutions (ERP, EWM, Ariba, TMS,Analytics)
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid system architectures
Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies in SAP environments
Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or financial processes
Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) and SAP integration
